Thank you for choosing Monroe Blinds! Now that your blinds are installed, our relationship has just begun. We hope that you are happy with your blinds and that nothing ever goes wrong with them. However, we know that will not always be the case. If you ever have any issues with your blinds, please use the contact form on this page to tell us about it.
As a reminder, we stand behind our blinds 100%, so if the blinds are defective, we will repair them for free. However, if your blinds get accidentally damaged we can usually repair them for a fraction of the cost of replacing them.

Caring for Your Blinds
We suggest dusting your blinds at least once a month. This will keep dust from building up on your blinds and causing long term damage. To dust your blinds, use a microfiber cloth or mittens; you can also use a dryer sheet to help repel future dust.
For dirt that will not come off with a simple dusting, we suggest using a very small amount of fabric softener on a paintbrush. Make sure to quickly remove any excess moisture. Never use water, as it can cause the blinds to warp.

Honeycomb shades are very delicate, so take care when cleaning. To dust the blind, we suggest getting a can of compressed air (typically used to clean computer keyboards). Attach the straw, but do not shake the can. Use the air to gently remove the dust.
You can spot clean with a lightly damp cloth, however, do not spend much time on the seams. If this does not work, you can remove the blinds and submerge them in bathtub with mild detergent and warm water. Allow the blinds to hang dry. If this does not work, we suggest hiring a professional cleaner for your shades.
